PREPARATION:
- Practice at home (ixl.com, Study Island, metacat2, etc.)
- Good night's sleep!
- Leave for school with plenty of time.
- Prepare your materials - sharpened #2 pencils!
RELAXATION:
- Get a good night's sleep!
- Eat a breakfast full of nutrients and energy!
- Stay Calm! Use calm classroom strategies (deep breaths, yoga, etc).
- Stay hydrated.
- Believe in yourself!!! You are going to do great!
TESTING:
- Read questions thoroughly to know what they are asking.
- If you don't understand a question, REREAD it!!!
- If you are stuck on a question, mark it and go back.
- Use process of elimination.
- Save yourself plenty of time at the end to check answers.
